Returns and Exchanges

We will ensure that we check our all our products before delivery but in any unforeseen circumstances.  We will allow return and exchange under such conditions 

• Should you change your mind about the purchase you have 7days from the date of receiving the goods and please drop us a email via sales@rachelshoppe.com or text via 9145 5151  
• The defective items will be change within the same range of price value and same category (eg: a bag to a bag) 
• Please drop by the store @ Orchardgateway #03-07 to do the return and exchange 
• Only regular priced items will be allow
• Sales items will not be allow.
